Tim Keller

I provide counsel to technology businesses and their customers. My experience with technology matters includes working in a corporate environment as in-house counsel at Cray Research and Silicon Graphics. I have also been a law firm partner. As in-house counsel I was an executive team member and managed both in-house legal staff and outside counsel. In the law firm setting I worked closely with other firm attorneys to ensure that clients receive comprehensive services in complex business transactions.

I am now a solo practitioner focused on providing counsel regarding technology-related matters for businesses of all sizes and stages of development.
